1. About Product Shipping Fees

iDTEA’s headquarters are located in Guizhou Province, China, and all products are shipped from within China to global customers. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your location when you place an order, and the system will choose the most cost-effective and fastest shipping method. Currently, the platform offers free shipping for orders over $300. Once your order exceeds $300, the shipping discount option will either be automatically applied or you can manually select it to enjoy free shipping.

2. About Product Taxes

Since it involves international shipping, import duties may apply when the product enters your country or region. These fees typically range from 1% to 20% of the product’s value (tea is considered a general product with lower taxes). You can check the exact fees on your country's customs or logistics website.

Generally, most countries have a duty-free allowance where no customs fees are charged if the product's value falls below the threshold. Below are some duty-free thresholds for certain countries, which are for reference only. iDTEA takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

  • Russia: €200
  • Japan: ¥10,000
  • New Zealand: 60 NZD
  • Malaysia: 500 MYR
  • Canada: 20 CAD
  • Mexico: $50
  • Singapore: 400 SGD
  • South Korea: ₩15,000
  • Australia: 1000 AUD

Please note that all duties are the recipient's responsibility, and iDTEA cannot pay or cover these fees on your behalf. Once the product arrives in your country, your local customs office will contact you to arrange payment via phone or email, and you can use your local payment methods.

You have the option to refuse to pay these fees, in which case the product will be returned to iDTEA. However, the shipping costs for both directions will be borne by the customer, along with a 15% product inspection and restocking fee. To avoid these unnecessary fees, please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

We reiterate: All duties, taxes, fees, and additional delivery costs imposed by the postal service are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot pay or cover these on your behalf.

3. Product Import and Export Notices

All products sold by iDTEA are officially certified for sale in China, complete with production licenses, inspection reports, and product certificates. You may request these documents via email.

Officially certified products are generally not returned by customs or logistics companies. However, packages may be returned due to "undeliverable addresses," "incorrect addresses," or "wrong phone numbers." iDTEA is not responsible for such incidents.

We can attempt to resend the package, but additional shipping fees will apply. If you request a refund during this period, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fees.

Please carefully verify your shipping information, including:

4. Product Return and Refund Policy

We accept product returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Refund Request Before Shipment: If your product has not yet been shipped, please inform us as soon as possible via email or the order after-sales page, and we will cancel the shipping process and issue a full refund.

  2. Refund Request After Shipment (Not Yet Out of China): If the product has been shipped but is still within China, please inform us as soon as possible via email or the order after-sales page. We will intercept the shipment, and after deducting 20% of the shipping fee, the rest will be refunded to your original account.

  3. Refund Request After Shipment (Product Already Out of China): If the product has already left China, please inform us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the shipment, but after deducting round-trip shipping costs, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original account. Once international shipping begins, intercepting the shipment becomes more difficult, so both outbound and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  4. Refund Request After Receiving the Product: If you wish to return the product after receiving it, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. The product must remain unopened and in resalable condition. We will provide you with the warehouse address to which you can return the product. Once we receive and verify the product, we will deduct a 15% inspection and restocking fee, along with the shipping costs, and refund the remaining amount.

Please note: Regardless of the reason for requesting a return or refund, you must contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Additionally, we offer low-priced sample products so that you can try them before purchasing higher-value items.

5. Product Delivery Tracking

Each order comes with a unique tracking number, which we call a "logistics number." You will receive this number via email or through the iDTEA order center. You can track your package using this number on international tracking websites (e.g., 17track https://www.17track.net/). If you encounter any issues during the tracking process, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving them.

6. Product Reviews

Generally, an order will go through the following stages: Pending Payment → Paid → Awaiting Shipment → Shipped → Confirm Receipt → Review. Once you confirm receipt, the "Review" button will appear on your order page, where you can rate your shopping experience and product experience. To maintain review quality, reviews cannot be modified or deleted by the customer. If you wish to modify or delete your review, you must contact us via email to assist with the process.
